Who are we?

English Scots for Yes are a collection of people who are English or have English family and have made Scotland our home and we support the idea of Scotland becoming an independent nation. We are the Edinburgh and Lothians branch of English Scots for Yes.

We welcome in anyone who would want to get involved with our activities or just interested in supporting us.

The Edinburgh & Lothians branch also has a closed Facebook page which you can request to join.

Monthly meetings

We have a regular meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:30pm check events on Facebook page for location and details.

Minutes of previous meetings are available for registered members to view in the Edinburgh Branch Forum.


Mail list

We have a mail list we use for notifications, organising meetings and events, and for general campaigning. You can join and unsubscribe from the mail list by going here. Alternatively you can sent a email to engscots4yes-ed-request@freelists.org with ‘subscribe’ or ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject as appropriate.

The mail list has one rule and that is “be nice”.
